Here I'm offering my hiking maps for Garmin GPS devices for free download. The map will be permanent refined and updated irregular (expect once in a month). Inside the ZIP archive there is (among other stuff) the map itself ("gmapsupp.img"), the TYP file and the TDB file. Normally just the file "gmapsupp.img" has to be transfered to the GPS device. The map is optimized for the average hiker, contains contour lines as separated layer, and isn't routable. I emphasise that I do not at all adopt liability for functionality or suitability.
Large area from Koblenz to Lausanne and from Luxembourg to Passau (parts from 8 countries).

Most of the map is self-explanatory (and on your GPS you can click onto the map elements to get more informations). So here are only the most important informations:
|strets with car traffic are yellow styled||a so inked way is explicit marked as hiking trail|
|here you can expect a real comfortable way even on rainy days||here you can expect a good way|
|smaller or slightly worse way or path||beattrack, bad way or unknown condition|
|ambitious mountain hiking||red: not a public way, or abandoned etc.|
