Garmin Hiking Map

Here I'm offering my hiking map for Garmin GPS devices for free download. The map will be permanent refined and updated irregular (expect once in a month). Inside the ZIP archive there is (among other stuff) the map itself ("gmapsupp.img"), the TYP file and the TDB file. Normally just the file "gmapsupp.img" has to be transfered to the GPS device. The map is optimized for the average hiker, contains contour lines as separated layer, and isn't routable. I emphasise that I do not at all adopt liability for functionality or suitability. Before the upload the map has been checked with QLandkarte GT and on a Gamin Dakota 20.

Legend
Most of the map is self-explanatory. So here are only the most important informations:

 | a so inked way is explicit marked as hiking trail |
 | here you can expect a real comfortable way even on rainy days |
 | here you can expect a good way |
 | smaller or slightly worse way or path |
 | beattrack, bad way or unknown condition |
 | ambitious mountain hiking |
 | red: not a public way or disallowed for pedestrians |
 | chance to take a rest with or without roof (bench, barbecue, shelter etc.) |
 | well or spring |
